Located in the heart of Decazeville, on the road to Saint Jacques de Compostelle, you will find us on the Vitarelle roundabout. The Rouergue mousses brewery was created at the end of 2015 by Azeb and Regis, a Franco-Ethiopian couple, with the mission of producing high quality craft beers in a terroir and creative approach. Regularly awarded at international competitions, our beers will please amateurs of craft beers as well as those wishing to discover this universe. Our Nature and Progress approach makes us concentrate on producing low volumes, patiently high, while respecting brewing traditions. Our barley is produced locally by a partner farmer and then malted in the Tarn.
