Description
Nicolas Auvinet, 33 years old and amateur brewer for several years, decided to launch, after some training at the IFBM (French Institute of Malting Brewery) in Nancy, his brewery project in Nantes with the possibility of participating in brewing workshops. But the Brasserie La Hulotte will not only offer amateur brewing workshops but also brew its own beers.
