It is in Legé, south of Loire-Atlantique and on the edge of Vendée that Denis Louërat brews his organic beers in a traditional way and with respect for tradition. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized and do not undergo any artificial addition of gas, the carbonation taking place in the bottle naturally.
