The Puyricard brewery was created in 2018 by Jean-Claude Toucas (Master brewer) and Louis Toucas (assistant brewer), two alchemists passionate about malt, hops and yeast.

The Bulles de Provence are brewed locally in the "innovation workshop" of the Puyricard brewery. These tasty craft beers are made with natural products respecting traditional manufacturing steps.

On the Puyricard Plateau less than 10km from Aix en Provence city center, the Brasserie is located in the middle of the vineyards facing the Sainte Victoire. Our wooden building with its photovoltaic roof is easily recognizable, announcing by itself our desire to make high quality natural products.

The range of products is varied giving each of our beers very different tastes while remaining very balanced in aromas and bitterness.
