Camille Fromonot and Lucile Pac, master brewers, here develop organic beers with varied styles and unique character. La Cuverie also has a small shop where you can buy beers directly at their place of manufacture, as well as a beautiful terrace in summer to taste them with friends or family!

La Cuverie is above all a love story: the project of our life born out of a passion for craft beer and the desire to share our friendly spirit through artisanal products, made with particular sensitivity to the ethics and ecology.

It is also love of the land: we were both born in Yonne and we have known Irancy and its vines since childhood. Today, we have familiarized ourselves with its state of mind, its wines, its Saint-Vincent and its cellars. That’s why it was important to us to move there.
