Jo Hilditch is the proud owner of White Heron Drinks - a fourth generation farmer we are delighted with our drinks - British Cassis and British Framboise. Blackcurrants have been grown on this rolling terroir for four generations. The principle customer has been Ribena, but now our own home grown Cassis is made in situ and you don't need to go to France to taste the sultry, fruity and alcoholic flavours of this delicious drink.
