It only took three childhood friends passionate about craft beer making for the birth of the “Brasserie d’Aqui” in 2019, which embodies know-how, originality and love of beer.

After 2 years of research based on the art of craft beer, inspired by the “craft beer” movement, a movement that reflects our passion, we have naturally developed a unique product!

All our recipes are first developed and tested in our “laboratory” in Nice with basic equipment. And to stay in the spirit of “craft beer”, we opted for a nomadic brewing called “Gypsy brewers”.

Once the product was finished and corresponded to our expectations, it seemed obvious to us to create a partnership that is part of a desire for work and local development. This brings together logistics and production in large quantities. We chose the “Brasserie des Ligures” in the hinterland of Nice, also created in 2019. It has a high-quality facility that allows us to brew in excellent conditions and on a large scale.
