We are part of this generation of brewers who began their journey as amateur brewers, in their kitchen out of a passion for craft beers and more generally for products that have taste.

The desire to share this passion led to the start of our adventure in 2014 in our small brewing room located in a former textile factory in Verviers. Composed of recovery equipment, DIY and assemblies made by the team, the equipment of the beginnings made it possible to brew 1/2 Hectolitre with each brewing.

At the end of 2016, with on the one hand the desire to professionalize the brewery and on the other hand to offer a wider range, as well as a volume likely to meet the numerous requests, the team set about building a new brewing tool with a capacity of 3 hectoliters per brew. In 2022 BrewLab became the Brasserie de Verviers.

The recipes are all original and based on the search for new or particular tastes, far from the great traditional standards known in Belgium.
