It wasin a garage that our first amateur brews saw the light of day in 2017, IPAs brewed in a 50L tank and packaged directly in cans using our manual seamer, sometimes not very well crimped in fact. We learned the basics of brewing on the job and it is thus, through perseverance and failures, that we launched the NOOTKA BEER CO project 5 years later.
