Description
In 2016, a trained cheesemaker took on the challenge of invading Pontarlier with his beers! The adventure, which began at home, ends with the artisan brewer moving to a premises in the capital of Haut-Doubs. As the work progresses, La Bonne Bouille takes shape, evolves its workshop, sweats on the development of new recipes.
Today, the brewery offers no less than six references, enhanced with ephemeral brews. Find them, from Besançon to Métabief and elsewhere, in cellars, restaurants or at the foot of the slopes! But also at artisan markets or at the brewery, where it all began!
Through patience and passion, creativity and good humor, our beers will always aim to erase bad looks!
