The LADY MOUSSE Brewery was born from my passion for craft beer, my attachment to the region and above all my desire to design a quality product with local raw materials.

In the heart of the “Berry Nivernais” natural region, the brewery is located in St Quentin sur Nohain, between Donzy and Cosne-sur-Loire. The brewery is located in the heart of the malting barley fields of the family farm and a few meters from the Nohain (tributary of the Loire) where hops naturally grow. This is why we planted them right next to the brewery, the terroir is favorable.

After brewing on different processes, I chose to work with an electric brewing tank and iso-barometric fermenters. So the beer is not refermented in the bottle. Isobarometrics makes it possible to obtain a more stable product with controlled carbonation and to avoid the phenomenon of “gushing” when opening the bottle.
