Anchored on Breton soil, the Brasserie de l'Hermine was born from the friendship and shared passion of Bruno, a Belgian brewer, and Claude, a Breton entrepreneur.

These two friends claim this Belgian-Bretonne origin which influences the style of their beers and their manufacturing methods, located at the crossroads of Belgian brewing traditions and Anglo-Saxon methods.

Bruno and Claude defend through the Brasserie de l'Hermine their art of living, based on the simple and essential values of life. Respect for Man and Nature, the search for well-being, and the quest for original and new flavors through natural products.
