Located in Saint-Bris-Le-Vineux, in Yonne, between Auxerre and Chablis, the Fayyar microbrewery is installed in a former coaching inn, backing onto the Cave du Maitre de Poste estate, our brewery takes you 6 feet underground to explore our 14th century vaulted cellars
