Description
The creation of the cellar dates back to 1985. With an initial production of 3000 bts in the basement of the house of Cathy and Hubert Delobel, the Perlé de groseille was launched! In the desire to discover other tastes and scents, the Perlé de framboise was created then the Perlé de cerise according to the same recipe. Joined today by Romain and Martin, two of their sons, the tradition is assured. The family now produces 80,000 bts per year in an artisanal way.
