Solstice Brewing started with small batch brews made in collaboration with Nottingham Based Brewery, Magpie Brewing and sold via our own eco friendly bottle shop. Soon enough the demand for the craft beers we were brewing and the way we were doing it grew. As if it were the universe nudging us to go further, the opportunity to really lead the way in making the brewing industry friendlier to our planet presented itself and here we are brewing beer to supply the fine folk of Nottingham and beyond. We are commited to finding ways to brew with minimum impact on nature whilst showcasing local artists and females in the industry. A Craft Brewery making beer conciously.
