Founded in 2023 by Joe Merrell and Tyler Rubin, the idea for what Flow Brewing would finally become was shaped through years of sitting around small tables and sharing hundreds of beers made by ourselves, our friends, and some of the best breweries in Taiwan and the world. Through endless conversations and debates about not only the technical aspects of brewing, but also the philosophies behind them, we developed a deep understanding of each other as brewers and as drinkers. It was a natural next step to take our shared vision for an artisanal brewery to fruition, and share our dream with all of you. Great friends making great beer in a great place. We couldn't imagine anything we'd rather do!
