Discover our craft beers, organic beers made in the Pays d'Othe region of Burgundy, halfway between Auxerre (Yonne) and Troyes (Aube).

Strong and light lagers, amber beers, wheat beers, red fruit beers, IPAs, stouts, seasonal beers, and pop-up brews—Aurélie and Dimitri offer a wide range of distinctive beers for every taste!

We brew our organic craft beers in the outbuildings of a former farmhouse, in the hamlet of La Tuilerie, in the commune of Sormery, halfway between Auxerre (Yonne) and Troyes (Aube), close to hiking trails and outdoor activity sites.
