Brasserie des Canailles is an independent craft beer brewery located in the heart of the village of Rochecorbon (Indre-et-Loire). We offer a wide variety of freshly brewed beers year-round. Regular beers are accompanied by beers available at certain times of the year, depending on the seasons, your mood, and the people you meet. We think carefully and strive to reduce the environmental impact of our business as much as possible. That's why we use second-hand reusable crates to transport our beers. We use green electricity at the brewery. We reuse cleaning water for brewing, and we offer our customers reusable bags and washable cups. Our spent grain is reused to make crackers.
