Description
The sake's name "Haruyusinguji" was named after the poetess Akiko Yosano. Believing that only with time and effort can one create delicious sake, the brewing of Haruyusinguji is a labor-intensive labor of love on the part of the toji (master brewer). We will continue to create sake, pouring all our skills and heart into every step of the sake brewing process. We continue our challenge, hoping to be a part of something important to you.
