This fall, the Pointe de Bray brewery will open its doors in Osmoy-Saint-Valery, Seine-Maritime. Hugo Imhaus will brew organic beers. Hugo Imhaus has decided to set up his brewery in the heart of the Bray countryside, a few hundred meters from the Normandy "Mont Blanc," in Osmoy-Saint-Valery, near Londinières.

Located in a building on Gauthier Fihue's farm, the brewer is realizing his dream. He will source his ingredients from organic suppliers. His long-term goal is to source them directly from this farm, where grain production will soon be 100% organic. For his beers, the brewer will use a Norman malt house located in Calvados.
