Description
After completing my training as a technician in beer fermentation processes in Brussels and gaining 25 years of experience in the chemical sector, I made my dream of starting my own brewery come true. As a hobby brewer, I used every free spot in the kitchen for years to experiment with different brewing techniques and recipes. In 2018, we bought a new house as a family with plenty of space to brew beer. After obtaining all the necessary permits, I was finally able to start my brewery in 2022. My goal is to share my passion for artisanal handmade beer with others and to show what is possible within artisanal beer brewing.
