Lately it has tackled the use of plastic, especially palletizing film for the packaging of its products. No more traditional scotch tape, which has been replaced by paper. It is also studying the possibility of replacing the plastic caps in beer kegs with more environmentally friendly ones.

These actions are a continuation of the brewery's policy for the preservation of the environment, in particular with the reduction of its waste. Brewing residues are certified organic. They are given to a local farmer who adds them to his cattle feed.
