Marine Verdier and Fabrice Duffourg, both 29 years old, she from Toulouse, he from the area around L’Isle-en-Dodon, have been a couple for seven years and have a three-year-old son, Maé. Since Fabrice brewed a little beer at home, they came up with this microbrewery project to work together independently.
Fabrice sources the malt from central France. A small portion of the hops comes from Alsace for the blonde ale; the rest is imported from the United States in pellet form. They produce 3,000 liters of beer per month.
