Description
The brewery is located in a quiet town that still retains the castle town atmosphere, and is brewed solely by the family.
We make the most of the soft brewing water from the Kinugawa River system, aiming for a soft and full flavor on the palate.
We hope you will enjoy our sake, which is made from the rich climate of Ibaraki Prefecture.
