The brewery currently produces 600 hectoliters annually using eight 1000/500 liter isobaric fermenters.
All raw materials are carefully chosen and selected to ensure the beer achieves the quality it deserves. In keeping with our commitment to quality, all our beers are brewed without additives or preservatives and are neither filtered nor pasteurized.
Currently drawing its water from the Fiz mountain range within the Passy Nature Reserve, Brasserie du Blaireau benefits from pure, natural water, making it the essential ingredient for quality beer.
Depending on the desired style, the beers undergo a maturation period in fermenters ranging from four to six weeks, allowing the beer to fully develop its aromatic profile.
