It is with great pleasure that David and Antonin, passionate and ambitious brewers, welcome you to their craft brewery in Soual, near Castres, in the Tarn department.
David, a former wine merchant, and Antonin, a former truck mechanic, joined forces to found Eighty One Brewing in 2022, a local, artisanal craft brewery.
