Located in Saint-Affrique, in the southern Aveyron region, Astrolabe brews certified organic craft beers in a workshop set up on the site of a former quarry. Created and managed by Mathieu Riffaud, the brewery combines recipes and visual identity with astronomy, constellations, and celestial mythology.
