Brewed and sampled at Newark, DE location. Bronze, malty, very straightforward character with some light toast and caramel and late flowery hop.

Sampled and brewed at Newark, DE location. Dark brown, nutty, toffeeish. Full malt flavours are certainly on the rich side for the style, but balanced off well by their own liquoricey components and a healthy dose of background hops.

Dark golden brown. Floral aroma. Modestly hopped with little malt presence, giving it a dry, medium-bodied mouthfeel. Its dryness was almost reminiscient of a dry red wine, although its not winey like the powerful beers of the world. Still, at the bottom of the glass I detected hints of grape at the front of the tongue - giving it more complexity than I at first thought - and after finishing it, I had the same buzz and aftertaste that I usually have after drinking a very dry cabernet.
