Bottle from Brewers Haven. First instinct: impressed. Pretty damn close to the German style. Poured into a stange , extremely pale golden , fat carbonation, medium foamy head. Aroma is spot on, grainy and bready. Taste gets even better, bit biscuity malts, full of flavor. Smallest amount of hops kisses the palate at the finish. Spot on. Nice to see a stateside brewery ace this style.

Bomber from CraftShack. Pours juicy looking gold with a transient white head. Mild sour aroma. Cardboard/pedio/lacto/? Med body or so. Flavor is tart/sour. Clearly peach is present, but it's like a green unripe peach. As for the cream, not flavor but arguably in the mouth feel. It's rather spritely/peachy/sour. Not really harsh, but it's a bit towards that. I think it would be good lake beer. Beer for a hot day.

Draft at Pie Dog, Fullerton, CA. Pale gold, some haziness, white head. Cucumber aroma. Taste is cucumber and faint lime with hints of habanero pepper. Ok.

22 oz bottle poured. Two anniversary beers poured in one day. Festive day today. Shiny golden orange pour with almost no head. A fun series here, that I was just first introduced to the other day. Cool herbal, sour melon like fruit aroma. Flavor is an equal melon fruit, very sour all throughout. A ton of herbal compliment as well. Very cool and tart linger. Fun, and unique sour here.

Bottle - Peppery and red berry with a touch of herbal notes. Clear gold with a small head. Soured plum, pepper and red berries. Nice light finish. Quite complex and nice.

Bomber from Belmont Station. Pours hazy orange gold with a fizzy/creamy white head. Aroma is very mildly sour pale fruits. Med body or so. Flavor is very mildly sour pale fruits and floral. Pretty sure there’s also citrus in it. Somewhat acidic. Rather clean. Now I’m thinking mixed Oregon reddish berries are in it. Lots of stuff, but no particular flavor seems to stand out. Decent, clean sour.

Bottle at RBSG. Hazy orange pour with a small head. Aroma is citrus fruit, lemon, and funk. A little waning on the fruit flavor, but lots of sour funk. Some citrus and lacto.

22 oz bottle poured, in the AM. Not quite at 6, but still morning, so I poured this somewhat properly. Jet black pour with an active tan cola fizz head. Coffee and cream aroma, with a slight metallic impression. Flavor is all kinds of breakfast. Coffee, cream/milk, chocolate, slight maple note. Slight vanilla. A good start off the day right, kind of beer. Flavorful. Good stuff.
