Clear golden color with a fine lasting white head. Ok intensity in the aroma (with some unpleasant buttery notes). Medium body and an average carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness versus bitterness. Malty, citric, fruity and some pine in the flavor. Quite ok beer apart from the buttery aroma.

Draught (Finölsfestival 2017, Gävle) - Golden/light amber in colour. Peach, apricot and hints of sultanas and pine in the aroma. Fruity taste with hints of apricot, aniseed and pine. A bit buttery in the finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in March 2017. A bit hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of bread, light grass and some yeast. Similar taste, also some hints of spices. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in March 2017. Almost black with a medium tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Similar taste, also hazelnuts and some hints of licorice. The body was around medium. A decent one.

Svart med høyt lys brunt skum. Lukter kaffebønner, lær og mørk sjokolade. Middels fylde. Smaker salt lakris mot salmiakk, trevirke, kaffen er der også sammen med bitter sjokolade. Middels lang.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy near black, mid sized head. Chocolatey caramel aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Tobacco and licorice, hazelnuts and toffee. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious.
