Mild-sour beginning. Lots of tannins, very dry. Nice fruity apples together with a very dry body. Fruity with dryness and lots of tannins in the aftertaste. Tends to be a bit watery. The aftertaste is fruity dry. Nice.

Bottle from Coop Grand Marché, St. Helier. The cider starts tart and sweetish. Fresh and easy to drink. Nice tart and fruity parts, quite sweet, but not too sweetish. The aftertaste is ripe fruity apples with still a nice tartness.
Easy drinking and still deep cider!

50cl bottle shared by Cunningham - thanks! Pours deep golden with hints of white bubbles on the top. Nice fruity and slightly funky apple aroma with hints of yeast and spices. Quite dry, not as sweet as expected, but rather refreshing and quite nice. (2014-02-14 - at Cunningham’s place before RBNG-14)
