Aroma is odd with mash and bready malt. Flavour has strong menthol, toffee, bready malt and hints of vegetables. Also some grass and plastic. Even a feeling of contamination at the end of the glass. Not that good.

Resiny aroma with biscuits, fruits and toffee. Also some gooseberry bush. Flavour has caramel, fruits, woody notes, toffee and caramel. Finishes with minerals. Finishes with hayish malt and distant metallic tones. An APA on the malty side.

33 cl bottle @ Rex, Umeå. Aroma has lots of nettles, some fruity tones and some gooseberry bush. Also biscuits. Flavour has nettles, biscuits, gooseberry bush and some apricot. Straightforward, could use more fruits.

Bottled@Bishops Arms, Umeå. Reddish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some yeast, mild strawberries as well as some earth. Flavour is fruity, mild toffee, some strawberries as well as some caramel malts. Infected, to be tried again at some point.

Bottled@Rex Bar, Umeå. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is pumpkin spices, some juniper as well as some sweet fruity notes. Flavour is also very much like a typical pumpkin beer. It didn’t feel infected, but rather like something has developed interestingly in the bottle.

Bottled@Rost, Umeå. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectar, wood and mild sugary notes. Flavour is fruity and floral with some nectar, honey as well as some sugary notes. A bit on the sweeter side, and quite a thin palate for a 5.9 % beer.

Keg at Bishop’s Arms Linnégatan, Stockholm. Hazy amber, small head. Caramelly nose with ripe fruit and juniper berries. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Piney juniper and forestal bog myrtle mixes with caramel. Mid bitter finish.
