Huge head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, grass, little funk and hops. Too much carbonation.

Poured up at Flanny’s Arizona on Tap Festival with a gold body that has a slight haze and supports a tight light tan creamy head. The mild aroma offers up thin resiny hop notes, a little bit of spicy hops that are leaning toward being kind of on the dank onion side and little else. The taste starts with bitter resiny hops that seem a little pine like and then slides right into a dash of grapefruit and then a pretty decent level of earthy dank sort of onion shallot hoppy goodness. The more I drink the more I’m liking this. It might be that as it warms it opens up and delivers its goodness via moist yum. Overall the aroma is a little too timid but I’m enjoy the bitter hoppiness going on here that has a decent amount of depth to it.

Hazy dark orange with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, sweet fruity, light sourness. Flavor is malt, bakers yeast, light caramel, little sweet fruit. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. 111113

Clear amber with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 111113

Dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, caramel and toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, medium sweet, little sugar, toasted and a little toffee.

Draft at Angel’s Trumpet. Paired nicely with me Mushroom flatbread. Pours clear copper with light earthy caramel nose. tastes simply of light malt, caramel, nutty, and metal. ok yet kinda boring amber
