Pours ruby brown. Heavy tan head. Aroma is honey, caramel, vanilla, flour. Taste is sweetish, powerful, long finish.

Amber color with aromas of ripe fruit and caramel. Very sweet mouth feel with a smokey aftertaste.

Bottle. Light amber color. Malt aroma with caramel and toffee. Light sweetness, fruits, cooked vegetables like boiled peas, not for me :(

Clear golden color, small white head. Grassy, sweet and harsh aroma. Light-bodied. Sweet malty and a bit fruiy flavor with grassy hops and harsh finish. Also some cardboard lurking. Bulkish.

Bottled 500ml 7.5% at Jimmy Wheelright. Dark brown color, steady beige head. Caramel, overriped fruits in the nose. Medium-bodied. Flavor has some alcohol, harsh bitterness, overriped fruits and caramel. Quite German and reasonably drinkable.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, caramelized malt, caramelized sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, caramelized malt, caramelized sugar, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130615]
