Gravity cask at GBBF, Day 1. Pours clear, dark gold with an off-white foam and bubble head. Sweet, hoppy nose, caramel and toast. Fuggles seem present, earth, toast, caramel, and dirt in the flavor. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dirty hop finish, lightly sticky, leaves and toast. Good.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy deep golden, lighter than I expected for a DIPA. Fine creamy off white head with nice lasting lacing. Modest hop aroma and some sweet maltiness. Hop flavors were a little muted but it was plenty bitter. Actuall I am not sure it can keep up with the Imperial Red in this department. Syne they were trying to be careful not to infringe on being a BW but this only a small notch above many IPAs Iβve had. Nicy bitter, fairly balanced and good, just not very daring.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy redish mahogany, with a thick dense creamy light tan head . Light toastedmalts with some citrusy hops on the nose. Big hoppy bite with some spicy cinnoman also. Quite bitter and sharp bu lost of residual sweetness as well. Expected it to be a bit dryer. Quit malty, full bodied. The lingering bitter bite is strong but nice. Strong, but not boost, and would not have guessed as high as 9%. Big brash but good.

On tap at the brewpub. Served with a large lemon slice on the side. Great, I bet I know what this will taste like now. A very cloudy dingy color with a skin of a white head. Moderate bana/clove flavors. Lots of soft bready notes and just a hint of that yellow thing that was stuck on the side of my glass. Soft carbonation and a slightly sweet finish. Very nice but definately not risky. Moderately strong t
