On tap at the Windward Taco Mac. Dark orange, with a small, beige head. Strong orange peels, wet grass, basil, lemons, and white bread. Very bitter, with a little sweet malt profile and a little spiciness. The finish is clean, crisp, and smooth. Medium body, a little effervescent, and creamy. Overall, this is a surprisingly smooth and clean IPA. Very nice.

Sample from the Decatur Craft Beer Fest. Black, with a rocky, tan head. The aroma is roasted malts, and resin. The taste is sweet and malty, with burnt malt bitterness. The palate is medium, grainy, and sticky. Overall, this is a one dimensional, overly burnt, and simple stout. Not bad, but it could be better.

Pours a deep coppery amber with a tall, sticky, long lasting off-white head. Mild malt aroma with a touch of piney hops. The flavor is well balanced. Just slightly more sweet than bitter. Easy drinking, ok for an amber.

Pours a light gold with a tall, long lasting, billowy white head. The aroma is light spice. The flavor is a bit washed out, but has some nice hop bitterness with a bit of sourness on the back end that detracts. A little muddled; it could be more crisp.

22 oz. bottle. Pours clear, pale yellow with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is apples, orange peels, coriander, and sourdough. The flavor is citrus sweetness and mild bitterness. The palate is light to medium, astringent, and clingy. Overall, this is a bright and flavorful pilsner, with complex nose, but an unpleasant mouthfeel.
