Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy orangey brown with an off-white head. Sweet butterscotch aroma with a light redwine tart edge to it. Medium-bodied, again lightly tart red wine notes, sweet vanilla and oak, tart berries all through the finish. A good and interesting take on a Flemish Sour - apart from the buttery nose. NOTE: the brewer turned up at our table while tasting this. He revealed that this was actually an infected Bock that he found too good to drain! 100312

On tap. Hazy golden with a white head. Sweet fruit in the nose and a distinct yeastiness. Medium-bodied, a little low in carbonation, heavy yeast and some vitamin notes with a somewhat flat and tired mouthfeel. Rather surprising late bitterness. 100312
