On tap at Societe, pours black with an amber tinge and a small tan head. Aroma is very dry and very Irish. Flavour is similar, with very dry roast, earthy notes, and more dry roast. Well-rouse and drinkable, just not the most interesting concoction.

On tap at Societe, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of floral hops, some citrus notes, and slightly sweet malt. Flavour brings out citrus and floral hops and dry biscuity malts. Quite dry and thirst-quenching, with amazing depth. Stunningly well-made IPA.

On tap at Societe, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out intense roasted malts, coffee, and dark cocoa. Flavour brings out dry coffee notes, dry roasted malt, and dry cocoa as well. Quite big-bodied and dry, without any off-flavours. Excellent stuff.

On tap at Societe, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out classic citra hops, and some cat piss. Flavour is similar, with bready malts, citrus hops, and typical cat piss notes. Very refreshing, flavourful and well-rounded, with a dry mouthfeel. Another excellent one from Societe.

On tap at Societe, pours near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out roasted malt, toasted notes, and piney hops. Flavour brings out a good balance of roast and piney hops - extremely well-crafted and without any harshness. Excellent stuff.

On tap at Societe, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Nose is very fresh and crisp, with hay, fresh meadows and piney hops. Flavour is similar, with loads of fresh piney and floral hops, slight earthy notes, and light biscuit malts. Extremely fresh and highly drinkable. Awesome IPA.

Sample at the tasting room. This brew pours flat black color with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Light-bodied with a roasty character of malt and coffee, with some cocoa in the background. The finish is roasty with a charred malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tasting room. This beer is a clear bright golden color with a medium thick foamy white head that diminishes slowly. Patchy lacing on the glass. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of citrusy hops, toasted malt and pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a tropical fruit and piney hops aftertaste. Good brew all around.

Sample at the tasting room. This brew is a deep brown color with a medium tan head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roasted malt, hops and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, toasted malt and cocoa. The finish is malty up front with a resiny hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the tasting room. Clear copper color with a medium thin foamy white head that dissipates gradually. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, roast malt and fruit. Medium-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, pineapple and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a zesty citrus and hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
