Aroma: It has a good amount of hops, with some pine/resin and grapefruity notes
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color with an off-white head and light-medium lace
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, but mostly bitter and hoppy, with a lot of dry resiny flavor
Palate: The body is medium-full, sticky on the mouth, and finishes with a long lasting dryness
Overall Impression: It's always nice to use a new DIPA as a landmark rating. Anyway, this was a pretty darn good one, with a big pine and resiny dryness. I thought it worked really nicely.

22oz bomber poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with about 2 fingers of fizzy white head. Aroma of orange citrus and some baking spices. Taste is light sweet. Orange citrus and coriander. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, it’s ok, but not great. There are better witbiers out there but for 4 bucks a bottle, try it if you find it.

Aroma: The aroma is sweet malts, caramel, toffee, fruity notes, a little spice, and hints of molasses.
Appearance: A clear copper-brown colored beer with a small, lasting beige head and sheeting (disappearing) lace.
Flavor: This one tastes pretty sweet, malty first, then dark fruity flavor, and later some spice. Fairly unbalanced.
Palate: It is medium-full bodied, somewhat sticky, and with a hint of heat (but at 10.5% the alcohol is well hidden).
Overall Impression: This one has a pretty interesting and complex mix of malty and sweet flavors to it. I would have liked for the hops, which are hardly present, to be a little more prevalent, but somehow the unbalance works here. Somehow, the 10.5% is really well hidden, which could get dangerous quickly. A quality offering.

Aroma: The nose has some yeast, bready malts, a little spice, and some grass
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-orange with a lasting, thin sheet of white head
Flavor: Tastes lightly sweet, fairly malty and yeasty, with a light earth/spice/grass bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, with a soft carbonation, a fairly clean feel, and a slightly dry finish
Overall Impression: Overall, this one is pretty solid. I enjoyed it, I thought it drank pretty well, and it seemed to be a nice example of the style. It isn't an outstanding beer, but I think "pretty solid" really sums it up.

Aroma: The nose has a lot of wheat malts with a good bit of spice and some yeast
Appearance: It pours a slightly unclear yellow color with a small foam of white head
Flavor: The taste has some mid-plus sweetness, with a little spice, and a later light tartness
Palate: The body is light-medium, it is not watery at all, with a soft carbonation, and a cleanish mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Overall, this one isn't a bad offering at all. Everything didn't work perfectly, but I found it to be plenty good enough, and it had some interesting components as well.

Bottle thanks to billshmeinke. Pours with a clear (when held up to the light), pretty close to black hue with a small tan head. Aromas are of raisins, tons of dark fruit esters, raspberries, lots of cocoa nibs, vanilla, dark chocolate, banana, pear esters (pear drops) and maybe a bit of lactose. Flavors are of pear, chocolate, cocoa, esters, earthy, nutty and very fruity. Tons of esters (including pear and banana), some candy notes and maybe even something along the lines of peanut butter. Somewhat lively carbonation for a big beer like this. Fuller bodied. Nice.

New barleywine rate! Thanks Dak. Pours clear amber with tan head. The aroma offers up musty chewy sweet malts followed by mild molasses and dark fruity ester notes. The taste has sweet chewy malts to start and quickly picks up some molasses along with apricot, plum and raisin like sweet fruity notes. Around the edges of the flavor experience are thin rings of floral and earthy like hops. Overall this is a bit rough and could use some cellar time to blend it and even it out. It is still pretty tasty today.

Aroma: They weren't kidding with the name, a sweet nose that smells like basically nothing but chocolates
Appearance: Pours dark brown, with a slight orange hue, a small beige head, and some streaky lacing
Flavor: Tastes a little more complex then the nose, still really sweet and chocolaty, with fruit and caramel
Palate: The body is medium-full, with an average-to-soft carbonation, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This has got to be the most chocolaty beer that I have ever had. It is definitely a bit of a one-dimensional offering. The chocolate completely dominates the beer. Still though, it is pretty good, it just doesn't have a ton of complexity to it. Style-wise, I don't really know if it comes off as a Quad, but I don't really know if I could put any particular style to it. It's almost like drinking a candy bar. I got mix feelings, this one is interesting, but kind of a gimmick.
