Pour is a bright orange with a medium white head. Aroma is nice and hoppy with some pine in there. Flavor is a bit weak. Almost none of the hops in the aroma show up in the flavor. Finishes with some dry malts. This is by far the weakest offering by this brewer.

First rating woot! Pour is a dark red with a small white head. Aroma is some caramel malts and maybe some alcohol. Flavor is again some caramel malts with a touch of chocolate and a very herbal hopping toward the end. Something different and another good for from a MO brewer.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small, off-white head and an amber hued body underneath. Aroma is sugary with hints of fruit, toffee, and corn. Very estery. Taste has a lot of fruity esters and is a bit nutty with some caramel and cherry (reminds me of NB Old Cherry). Light bubbles and a dry mouthfeel.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small, white head that fades quickly over a hazy golden body. Aroma is strongly spiced with coriander, ginger, banana, alcohol, candi sugar, and citrus zest. Taste is alcohol, banana, coriander, vanilla and goodness. Syrupy mouthfeel, light bubbles. Interesting take on the style.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small wispy white head over a hazed yellow body. Aroma is strong, if not over done coriander, fennel, honey, plastic and air-freshener. Taste is wheat, wet hay, spices, coriander, citrus and water. Lively carbonation and dryish mouthfeel.

Pour is a cloudy orange with no real head to speak of. Aroma is a very nice spice, corriander and yeast. Flavor is also a very decent citrus fruit with some banana and cloves. You actually start out with some wit flavors but the triple flavors follow up nicely. This is a very good and well made beer.

Bomber. Aromas are pineapple and spruce over sweet malt (almost a light brown sugar smell). Appearance is nice enough... a kind of orangish copper with a thin, but dense, beige head. Flavor is nice enough. Things start off with a floral and pineapple hops, show a bit of sweet caramel, get a bit watery for a second or so and then end with a bitter, but understated, hops finish.

Bottle at The Stable in St. Louis. Pours a clear dark amber-copper color with a medium foamy beige head that recedes slowly. Spotty lacing on the glass that slides down quickly. Caramel malt aroma with some hops and dark fruit. Medium-bodied and sweet with flavors of grainy malt and caramel, along with hints of vinous fruits and hops. The finish is sweet and malty with a mildly tart fruit aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

On draught at The Stable in St. Louis. This beer pours a clear dark amber color with a medium thin and rocky beige head that dissipates steadily. Patchy lacing on the glass. The aroma is citrusy hops, malt and touches of grass. Medium-bodied and moderately hoppy with notes of citrus and pine, along with some malt in the base. The finish is hoppy and short, with a bit of citrus on the back end. Above average overall.
