Can 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Very distinct pineapple aroma. Light body, lowish carbonation, sweet pineapple accents with a metallic tang. Absolutely no bitterness. As a soda pop it’s quite enjoyable. 120713

Bottle, at TFODRBSG 2012. A clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head. Seems to be a bit old, at least there’s some oxidation. Then again, it’s Chinese... Fruityness and almost buttery maltyness in the aroma. The flavor is pretty much the same, oxidation, fruityness and popcorn like maltyness. Medium body. Some bitterness and grass in the finish. Not awful in any way, not very interesting either. 120818

I now firmly believe that the tag "export" on a beer does not imply quality, but quite the opposite - essentially every "export" beer I’ve encountered has been on the lower end of the beer awesomeness spectrum. Would this one be any different? It has that macro-lager foamy disappearing head and gold body, with a grass and tin aroma pushed up by carbonation. The flavour is very weak caramel with an incredibly watery mouthfeel. Not offensive, just not there at all.

It’s amazing what beers you can find in 24-hour Hong Kong supermarkets. This one has an overcarbonated yellow body and plenty of styrofoam white head. The aroma is tin and corn. The flavour is water with a weird chemical aftertaste. The whole thing is just a train wreck of a brew.
