"Tassilator" von der Brauerei Wasserburger, Flasche von Getränke Endres, Dingolfing. - Tief dunkelbraun, undurchsichtig. - In der Nase schweres dunkles Malz, Mokka, Feigen und milde zitrusfruchtige Herbe. - Antrunk sehr schwer dunkelmalzig, Bitterschokolade und Mokka, dennoch ein wenig flach. Massive Malzsüße, Bayrisch Blockmalz, milde süße Frucht. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang kernig röstmalzbitter mit dezenten, leicht zitrusfruchtigen Hopfenspitzen. - Solider Doppelbock, dem es trotz massiver Dunkelmalzigkeit ein wenig an Tiefe fehlt.

“Wasserburger Festbier“, Flasche aus dem Hofverkauf der Brauerei. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase würziges, brotiges helles Malz, leichte Aprikose. - Antrunk kernig hellmalzig mit Anklängen an Vollkornbrot und zarte säuerliche Frucht. Milde kräuterige Hopfenherbe. Gut rezent, nicht so breit und süß wie Festbiere sonst sind. Im Abgang allzu milde Herbe und leichte Frucht. Fader Nachgeschmack. - Untypisch schlankes, auch aromatisch leicht defizitäres Festbier.
