Sample at Tap & Mallet in Rochester. Clear reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of raspberries, wheat and malt. The finish is fruity with a mildly tart raspberry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, caramel and wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, malt, bread, and caramel, leading to a lightly tart finish. I don’t know if it is supposed to be like this, but it’s not too bad.
