About
Fat Lizard Brewing Co. is a Finnish Indie brewery specializing in super fresh and drinkable American-style beers.

We’re located in Otaniemi, in the very heart of Espoo. As the first commercial brewery ever in Espoo, the company was founded by four fellows – Hessu, Topo, Topi and Eero – in 2014 and has been operative since February 2015. Today the brewery staff includes 15 irreplaceable characters altogether.

After many years of homebrewing and heavy testing, the recipes were just too good to keep for ourselves. It was time to build a brewhouse in Kivenlahti Rock Bay. Two years of constant sold-out storage left no beer for ourselves. So we moved on and expanded in Otaniemi with a decent sized brewing equipment going nationwide.

Now our beer portfolio contains various styles of craft beer, all made in our extraordinary way of brewing. Including internationally acclaimed gems. Drink more, drink better!

Smell of spruce, hops. Golden colour, high white head. Aroma of grass, spruce, some raw fruit. Finishes with citrus. Medium bitter, lightly sour. Flat carbon.

0,4l on tap @ the brewery. Pours clear amber with a low head. Aroma is malts with caramel. Flavor is bitter malts, pine, caramel, hops. Good.

Lett uklar grumsete lys golden med offwhite kort topp som blir liggende rundt kanten. Aroma; humle, gress, sitrus, lyng, malt, granateple. Smak; granateple, fersken, plomme, mango, honningmelon, dragefrukt. Frisk og fruktig, middels myk munnfølelse, lang fyldig ettersmak.

Sort med beige topp som blir liggende rundt kanten. Aroma; Malt, mørk karamell, lakris, hint av kvernet kaffebønner, mørke bær. Smak; Karamell, malt, sjokolade, kaffe, mørke bær,søt lakris. Myk munnfølelse. Godt balansert. Lang smaksrik ettersmak.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has mango, grapefruit, some pine. Taste has pine, resin, less fruitness than in the aroma, grapefruit. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Rated at Fat Lizard Brewing Co.. Sweet, malty and piney with some warming alcohol, caramely malts, toffee, resin and grassy hops. Almost feels like an american strong ale with all the maltiness and sweetness. Heavy.
