Growler shared by hwwty4. Pour is a hazed brown with ruby highlights, along with a smallish off white. Aroma is coffee, char roast and light vanilla sweetness. Taste is the char roast malt, some of the light roast coffee character, along with mild cocoa bitter dark chocolate in the back. Palate is medium bodied, light carbonation and the bone dry mineral ashy finish. Manages the higher abv nicely - no noticeable alcohol, and no heasy sweetness. Thanks for bringing this back and sharing it Bill, fun beer.

Tap @ brewery. Hazy, golden orange appearance with an off white head. Light citrusy, light floral hoppy, sweety pale malty aroma. Actually quite fruity flavor, especially orange and tangerine. Also light caramel, pale malty, light grapefruity flavor. Much more fruity than I would typically expect in. a BPA with a bitter, dry finish.

Tap @ brewery. Very cloudy, yellow-orange appearance with a white head. Quite spicy yeasty, big banana, clove, wheat malty aroma. Milky mouth feel. I wasn’t expecting the strength of this beer. Fairly spicy, banana, bready yeasty, fruity, wheat malty flavor with a kick that really isn’t boozy but "strong" tasting. The flavor isn’t bad but it’s a little hard to drink.

should probably be listed as a saison rather than an IPA - turbid golden pour - frothy head - nose is moderately phenolic, with dusty yeast and peppery phenols - flavor is lightly honey sweet up front, but is mostly dry and flinty, with moderate yeast phenols and peppery hops - dusty, earthy yeast - light tropical fruit - crisp, flinty, crackery finish - tasty.
