[ As O/O Baltic Porter ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, molasses, chocolate, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted, sweet malt, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Sample at SBWF 2015. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, orange, passionfruit and some light caramel. A tasty one with a fairly bitter finish.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours very hazy deep yellow with a small frothy offwhite head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with white bread, grapefruit juice, pineapple, passion fruit, kumquats, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is tiny sparkling, round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and tiny bitter with white bread, grapefruit juice, canned fruit cocktail mix, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest and hints of chives.
