300ml draught, shared with Finn at Oliver Twist. Decent fawn-coloured head, dark brownish body,spotty lacing. Roasted malty nose, chocolate and earth, promising. Quite similar taste of earthy chocolate malts added by a bite of biscuit. Roasted bitter ending, long lived. Pleasing. (Södermalm, Stockholm 02.11.2025).

330ml Can - Amber in colour. Caramel, orange and pine in the aroma. Caramel, orange and some slightly sweet and toasted notes in the taste.

Nice semi dark caramell malt taste. A lasting caramell sweetness but not over powerfull.

Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a light beige cap that dissipates to a swirl.
Nose is dates, raisins, bourbonics, toasted brown sugar, fruit cake mix, light spice.
Taste comprises dark malts, fruit cake, bourbon rip, figs, prunes, toffee.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid sipper.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Puotila, 20251004) The beer poured black. Its head was tan and dense. Aroma had burnt malts, chocolate and earth. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, chocolate, liquorice, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts and bitterness. Tasty.
