Aroma is moderate malty, hay - grass, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, grapefruit, grass - hay. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, dry grass, citrus, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110804]

On gravicask at USA Cask Ale Bar, GBBF ’11, third-pint. Good looking with its clear, golden-brown body. Bright naked surface. Sweet malts mixed with dried fruits to the nose. Bready malts and mild, dried fruity taste. Smooth spiced bitter ending. Medium bodied. Pleasant (London, 02.08.2011).

Cask@GBBF2011. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, fruits, some grass as well. Flavour is wood, some earth, mild nutty notes as well as some floral and grassy hops. Pleasant balance and nice ESB.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and mildly herbal with some sweet malts as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, floral notes with quite strong notes of sweet malts as well. Also some mild grainy and grassy notes toward the finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp citrusy hoppy. Bitter, citrusy and crisp hoppy flavoured. Bitter and fruity into a mellow sweet finish. Nice and crisp. Rather dry far finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011. A golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Nice hoppy, citrus fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, slight bitterness, malty and refreshing. I rather enjoyed this one.
