Vom Faß im Halleschen Brauhaus. - Hellgelb, trüb. - In der Nase angenehm süßes helles Malz, ganz weiche, süßliche Frucht, dünner grasiger Hopfen. - Der Antrunk ist unerwartet brausig dünn und mild herb-säuerlich. Leichte aber unharmonisch krautig-scharfe Hopfennoten, herbe Zitronenschale, ein zarter Stich Essigsäure. Dünnes Mundgefühl. Im Abgang schwacher unreif-grasiger Hopfen und kühlende Minze. - Dünn, säuerlich aber nicht richtig sauer, holprig gehopft - schmeckt wie eine Kreuzung von Berliner Weiße und Gasthausbrauerei-Hellem. Wird auch „mit Schuß“ (Sirup) angeboten, soll demnach wohl eine Weiße sein. Ein Kölsch ist es jedenfalls definitiv nicht.

On tap at the brewpub. Toller dicker cremiger Schaum. Hafer-dunkler Antrunk. Weich, röstmalzig-cremig. Leichte Stout-Säuerlichkeit, dabei voluminös-vollmundig. Schokoladig-cremig, feinherb, ohne zu herb zu sein. Mittellanger Nachgeschmack, schokoladig-cremig, dunkelmalzig mit floral-fruchtig-erdiger Note. Schöne fruchtige Haferaromen, moderat schokoladig-caramellige Süße. Erdig-röstmalzig, lecker. Toll für ein Brauhaus-Bier.
