Description
The Plockton Brewery was opened in 2007 by Andy Will who is a retired Royal Navy Officer. Andy wanted to supplement his Retirement Pay from the Royal Navy and what better business to enter into than a brewery ? He took the BrewLab "Introduction To Brewing" course and then put together a business plan for the brewery. The brewery is situated at Andy's home and the opening ceremony is available for all to see on YouTube. The brewery started of with a capacity of 1BBL, it now has as a capacity of 2.5BBL. Currently brewing small batches of "themed" beers.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber/golden with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, caramel, bitter, flower, perfume and hops.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, caramel and hops. A little watery still nice.
